Schedule your FREE 15-minute Consultation to discuss your health and wellness challenges and goals and receive DivineSense's online Health & Wellness Assessment. Click HERE to schedule.

Step 2:

Pay and Complete your Online Health & Wellness Assessment and schedule your 75-minute session with DivineSense.

Step 3:

Attend your 75-minute session.  DivineSense will discuss your assessment with you and co-create a written individual wellness plan with you. DivineSense will show you practices from Classical Yoga and Black Spiritual Traditions that you may immediately begin to support your spiritual, mental, and physical health, relationship, professional, and social goals. You will also schedule one follow-up session with DivineSense for review of your progress.
