The Work with Ease Workshop Series is a multi-session introductory workshop for the workplace that provides strategies and techniques for workers to maintain their health and wellness while at work.  The Series consists of four trademarked workshops tailored to address common challenges in sedentary office work environments:

 

Workshop #1 - Move with Ease at Work

An interactive yoga exercise workshop guiding participants in gentle postures to support ease of mobility.

 

Workshop #2 - Breathe with Ease at Work

An interactive breathing workshop guiding participants in gentle breathing techniques to support stress reduction and mindfulness.

 

Workshop #3 - Focus with Ease at Work

An interactive meditation workshop guiding participants in simple mind techniques to support mental tension reduction and mental calm.

 

Workshop #4 - Communicate with Ease at Work

An interactive yoga philosophy workshop to support mindfulness in communication to support ease in collaborative efforts.
