Slower paced and beginner level outdoor yoga that uses NeoSoul music to create a chill environment focused on breathing, meditation, balancing, stretching & relaxation.

Outdoor class. $20/person. Pre-registration required. Classes without pre-registrations are subject to cancellation. Classes are automatically cancelled and automatically refunds are issued for rainy days.

Pine Grove Elementary, 2701 Summit Ave., Parkville, MD 21234 (Near the hard court to the left side of the school).

Wear close-fitting clothes that allow movement and bring a mat & water.

Signed release and waivers are required for participation.
